ABOUT RACHEL
Eighteen years in the police. Fourteen years running a studio. Nothing is guarded.
Before I launched Usher & Co, I spent eighteen years as a Police Inspector. That background taught me about high-stakes decisions, risk, systems that hold under pressure, and how to manage people in situations where getting it wrong has real consequences.
I have been running my design studio for fourteen years, through complex clients, difficult employees, contracts that didn't hold, pricing that didn't work, and every kind of decision that keeps a founder awake at night.
Nothing I know is guarded. No question is too uncomfortable. The Strategic Session exists because sometimes you need access to that experience immediately, not after a six-month programme.
