EVENT TERMS & CONDITIONS

Definitions:

"Event Organiser" refers to the entity responsible for organising the event.

"Attendee" refers to the individual purchasing digital tickets for the event.

Digital Ticket Purchase:

All digital ticket sales for the The Business Of Interiors Community Summit are final and non-refundable.

By purchasing a digital ticket, the Attendee agrees to abide by all terms and conditions set forth herein.

Cancellation or Postponement:

In the event of cancellation or postponement of the The Business Of Interiors Community Summit by the Event Organiser, digital tickets will be refunded in full by the Event Organiser. Any refund or exchange policies will be communicated promptly to the Attendees.

Ticket Access:

Digital tickets for the UK Event will be delivered electronically to the email address provided by the Attendee at the time of purchase.

The Attendee is responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the email address provided for ticket delivery.

Ticket Transferability:

Digital tickets for the UK Event are non-transferable unless explicitly permitted by the Event Organiser.

Any attempt to duplicate, share, or transfer digital tickets without authorisation may result in the cancellation of the ticket without refund.

Lost or Stolen Tickets:

The Event Organiser is not responsible for lost, stolen, deleted, or inaccessible digital tickets for the UK Event.

Attendees should take necessary precautions to safeguard their digital tickets, such as storing them securely and ensuring the security of their email accounts.

Entry Requirements:

Attendees must present their digital tickets, either in printed form or electronically on a mobile device, for entry into the UK Event.

The Event Organiser reserves the right to refuse entry or eject any individual without refund if their conduct violates the terms and conditions of the event.

Event Modifications:

The Event Organiser reserves the right to make changes to the UK Event program, lineup, schedule, or any other aspect of the event without prior notice.

Such changes do not entitle the Attendee to a refund.

Force Majeure:

The Event Organiser shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations under these terms and conditions if such failure or delay is caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of nature, government restrictions, technical failures, or cyber attacks.

Liability:

The Attendee voluntarily assumes all risks and dangers incidental to attending the UK Event.

The Event Organiser, its affiliates, sponsors, and personnel shall not be liable for any injury, loss, or damage to persons or property arising from or related to attendance at The Business Of Interiors Community Summit.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction:

These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

Acceptance of Terms:

By purchasing a digital ticket to the UK Event, the Attendee acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to abide by these terms and conditions.
